Telkom service to our ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD has not been working for NEARLY a week, which means our landlines, ADSL and also our connection to our Security service has not been available for this period. I have logged a complaint and because this happened just before the weekend, no technician was sent out till the Monday. I called Tuesday to follow up and was told that the technician had been out the Monday and MAY return on the Wednesday. To add insult to injury, the operator who handled my call was very rude and not helpful at all. I was given no time-frame and no hope for a resolution in the near future.
