Still Being billed for Settled contracts

I called in and spoke to Karabo Mosome whom gave me the following ref: 46738380 and a cancellation figure of R1796.14 for my 2 contracts, i Paid and sent a proof of payment to her, yet i am still being billed?
This needs to be rectified ASAP before i take further action
