Virgin to Virgin calls charged at full rates

For months I have told the help desk that I am being charged the FULL rate when making a Virgin to Virgin call since the start of my 2 contracts.
The so-called "champs" on the help desk agree with me when I give them examples.
They escalate my calls to so-called "supervisors" who also agree that calls are incorrectly billed and action will be taken to rectify the overcharging.

No response from Virgin. Nothing. Zilch.

My last call to them was to threaten them with hellopeter. Still no action.

Beware of these. They your money. They don't care about their customers.
I ported numerous other numbers to Virgin in order to make use of their favourable Virgin to Virgin rates.

My contracts are up in a few months and then good by Virgin.
