I submitted a claim for my blackberry in the month of May this year, and when the claim was paid out I was advised that I will be charged a device difference of R 752.40 due to the new phone I was taking being more expensive that the old one. I called again on the 21st of May to change my banking details, confirm that my new phone's insurance has been added to my account and confirm my monthly debit amount, then called in again on the 22nd of May to change my debit order day, and to confirm my debit amount which as confirmed as R 418. now on the 20th of June, my debit order was R 1480.74, I called in to inquire about the debit and 3 different people Kara, Thulani and Sifiso who confirmed 3 different things that don't make sense, all I want is my money and someone who is competent and understand how to read a clients account to call me and sort it out, I d not appreciate you people going into my account and doing whatever you want on it as I have confirmed on numerous occasions if there were any outstanding amounts on my account apart from the monthly subscription. I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR CANCEL THIS SERVICE AS IT HAS CAUSE ME NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE FROM THE FIRST MONTH
