Called 808 call centre to cancel a contract. I was in queue for 1 hour 25 minutes without any help. Ended the call in frustration. Common MTN, please provide us with a better customer support. I am working and cannot hold for an operator to assist me for hours. Your cancellation centre closes at 5:00pm. How do we reach you?
