Ver terrible service!!!

(Continue with previous complaint to Cell C...)

He said he will speak to his supervisor to see what they can do to help.

His supervisor said he will call me in a few minutes. I asked internationally.. He said "yes". I requested why I can't call that to resolve this issue but they said it is not their way of solving issue like this.

I waited and waited and still get no calls...

I should of stayed with Vodacom!!! Cheap is no solution!

With Vodacom I could of done a email communication and verification and got my simswop done already! I asked if I can contact them via email they said no. Only call centre and someone will contact me...

Please help!!! I need my phone back on.
