Airtime, due to error made by MTN

I tried to call the contact centre to move my expired contract over to prepaid. No one answered and I am kept on hold for 30minutes. Eventually I tried the web chat, which worked and I submitted the forms required to migrate that morning. Nothing happened and the next day I spoke to Heather and informed me that my forms were submitted. A few moments later my bbm stopped working. I queried if the migration already took place. And she confirmed yes. I asked her if I could purchase airtime now as the migration was complete, she said yes. I purchased airtime but couldn't load BIS as it said I was not on prepaid. I contacted the Siya on web chat and he said I was not on prepaid as yet and shouldn't of purchased airtime & I will lose it. I said it was unacceptable as Heather advise me I could. The supervisor Lance called me who reassured me he would sort this out but I must first see if the airtime disappears on Migration and let him know the next morning. The airtime did disappear and I have emailed twice and received no response. This is my airtime you guys have and If I don't receive it back, I will cancel my other contract and the other two I was in the process of getting
