Still no coverage, third report!!!

At the beginning of June I reported that my 100Gig purchase was so slow as to be unusable. I was contacted by Siza who told me it would be resolved in a week as there was upgrades to the towers going on. Well I am still not connected and have had to buy a Vodacom 3G to access my email instead. Considering the 100Gig cost me more than R2000 I am really annoyed at having to pay for something that doesn't work. Can I get a refund on the remaining data as it doesn't appear to be of any use to me (not fit for purpose).
