On the 27th May I reported a faulty signal booster. We were told that someone would contact us within 24 hrs. Lloyd phoned on the 29 of may saying he will attend to our problem the same day at 15h00 needless to say he never pitched or bothered to phone. I have for the first two weeks made a call to Vodacom almost everyday which they claim they have no record of. I get send from pillar to post every time. I've subsequently been told that there is no stock, or that there is a 14day waiting period, or the stock is coming this week, or someone will first come to test the signal, someone will first test the booster and so the list of excuses continue. We do not have any landlines in our area and are depended on our cellphones. We have 9 Vodacom contracts on this premises. The level of services is unacceptable. I need my problem sorted out today I think I've waited long enough. Why must we first run to Hello Peter to get service?
