I am so disappointed and contempating on migrating to other service providers as i was treated with such disrespect by Philisiwe Lobi who showed no remorse when i went back to the store. Firstly she sold me a micro sim when i actually needed a nano sim and instructed one of her colleagues to do a sim swarp for me;to top it off i was charged R99.00 for a wrong sim that i would never even be able to use where as i paid R0.99 for a nano sim in Woodmead. Mtn realliy needs to train their agents as they are clueless on what they should be doing. It is their responsibility to educate customers on new products and how they work not the other way round!! Philisiwe spoilt my birthday!! i couldnt use my number any more as she did a sim swarp on a wrong sim .. I demand an apology in writting as birthdays should be the most special day in every ones life but mine was the worst as no one could reach me on my old number. Thank you to Constance Pandelani for taking the time to educate me about the difference between the micro and the nano sim keep flying the MTN flag high!! i hope your efforts wont go unnoticed!! i demand sms bunndles so i can send all my contacts my new number or activate my old
