Internet problems again

During the day everyday for a while now, my internet keeps getting disconnected en then reconnects for no reason! This is very frustrating as I play games online and this causes me to disconnect frequently. I am tired of this always happening. This is not the first time it has happened. I have consulted my ISP which is Afrihost, but the problem with the line carrier, Telkom. I am truly sick of this by now!
