Bitten by the OOB again!

I was once again bitten by the out of bundle, the policy where you spend anything over your meager monthly cap, one gets shoved a R2/MB bill.

I have a R50 call limit on the account, but this does not stop the OOB . It has been swimming for over R200 over my R149 /month billing. (R356.79 so far)

Why does Vodacom employ this strategy? To rip people off.

I tried to log into my main account cellphone which is linked to my data sim account, but the linking dies late at night, when one would like to re-charge to avoid the excessive billing.

As soon as my contract is completed, be assured I'll move to another service provider!
