Incorrect amount deducted

I was incorrectly debited R300 from my bank account on the 25.04.2013. When queried i was advised it was for a new contract i took which was not the case.. After investigation i was advised that i was going to get my refund in June 2013. I was given a reference number .. now when i call cell c they cant pick up the reference at first and then when they finally do, they tell me that i have a prepaid number. i am making calls like crazy with no response. they keep saying they will call back and never do. This is not the only complaint i have as there have been numerous problems with them. i was given this reference number 3042900136
