Contract to be moved to PRE-PAID, STIL WAITING!!!

Hi, Its been a month and 3 days (18 May) since I requested that my contract be moved it to prepaid and then to another network. And even though the Stellenbosch Eikestad Mall MTN dealer (Nedine van Graan) is super helpful and calling and calling. BUT thus far the Contract has STILL not been migrated to prepaid even after numerous calls to the Retention department from their OWN Dealers. (22 of May) Payment was asked to be made in order to complete the migration, and that I will NOT be charged for JUNE which contract got billed for on the 21st of MAY, CASH payment WAS DONE at Stellenbosch Eikestad MTN on the 22nd of May and was told it would take up to 24 to 48hr for the migration to take place... but even after still calling in, going there, they were still being misinformed from HQ.

Long story short, tomorrow (21st) is the next day for the billing. yet STILL no one has migrated me to prepaid.

Can anyone that is ACTUALLY in charge contact me so I can hand you over to your Eikestad MTN dealer - (Nedine van Graan) which has been assisting me in this matter, that we can have this resolved ASAP. Feel free to Contact her if you require any further information.
