MTN Eikestad Mall - Bad Service

Its been over 2 weeks now since i applied for an MTN uncapped data package, at MTN Eikestad Mall in Stellenbosch. I have heard nothing. I did however contact MTN on Facebook and spoke with the MTN facebook team and they told me that under my ID nothing was logged!? So does that mean that i spend over and hour printing statements and getting proof of residence and filling in forms for the request to not even be sent? This is really poor service. I really wanted this contract, but i dont see why i must hound MTN in Eikestad mall to get it, when they dont even send in the application or contact me...
