New phone sent for repairs, came back with a crack

I Took ny new Samsung to the MTN shop in Hoit Bay, because the screen was bank. The phone would ring, but the screen was blank. The lady filled in all the forms, including an inspection where she ticked that there was NO visible damaged. She sent it away for repairs. I was told that it would take 7 working days. After 14 working days, we went into the shop and were told that it was not back yet. A few days later my nephew went in and the manager was VERY rude to him and told him that they had told me that they would call when it was ready. Three weeks after taking in the brand new phone, I was told that there was a crack on the screen and that I MUST have it repaired at my own cost. They were not interested in the Inspection form that they had filled in! They were not interested in the fact that there was NO physical damaged when I took it in.
After having had no assistance from the Hout Bay MTN staff, I just left the shop.
I've been a MTN customer for 2 1/2 and a half years and this is the kind of service that MTN Hout Bay gives its customers!
