ITC registered without warning

I have been registered on itc by vodacom for not paying an account that i was not aware that it still existed as i did not renew any contract. vodacom has not even sent me an invoice or either called me to inform me that i had an account that was in arrears and needed to be paid. what makes me upset is that i had not been informed or was not evrn warned about this situation untill i had a credit check done. thusnmeaning that vodacom was just deviouse in their means of operation. i even tried the following number 0110821905 to enquire with their account department as to why i not informed but the number is constantly engaged. i would like vodacom to remove me effective immediately on itc and supply me with fully detailed statement of what and how much i owe them and the duration as well. if not im escalating this matter to the ombudsman for unfair treatment and for detering my name on the credit score reports. vodacom has no right to enlist me on itc with informing me or either making an arrangemnt with me first. vodacpm really made me have negative thoughts, as they keep their account records and they do not liaise with consumers before doing retchet and disgusting moc
