Poor Service, Passing the buck, Incompetence

I have no contract with Cell C.

6 Months ago got a message that money was deducted from my account, called the call Centre to find out what was going on. After numerous consultants and incompetent service (numerous calls and promises of feedback, with no actions linked to the promises) I had to contact that department, they made is so difficult to get my money back I decided to let the money go.

Then after 6 months I received a phone call telling my Cell C account is in arrears. Same account, that I don't have!!! Instead of the department doing an investigation only changed the payment method from debit order to cash (this leaving me in the dark).

Now all of this reflect on my credit record!!!

Poor service!!!

Incompetent people in call centres and department not doing anything.
