Vodacom billing me for services I didn't subscribe

It has recently been brought to my attention that I am being billed R1000 on top of my account every month for "Content Services". I am aware that this has been going on for quite some time and I am infuriated.

I have never responded to any of these SMS which Vodacom calls "Content Services".

I have also tried to de-register from these services but had no success.

Vodacom is allowing other companies to deduct money off my account without my permission. And what is worse is that Vodacom has not even checked once whether or not the cell phone number that this service is being charged to actually asked for this to happen. They don't phone you. They don't email me.

I am appalled, and want my money back!
