Not responding and accusing me of not paying

Dear Team

I am John PC Smit with id number 6609265122087 and CellC numbers 0842938460 and 0846812285.I have paid my outstanding balance on both lines on the 21st of May 2013.I was given a legal account SN 360500045.I paid two amount in the bank account which was R1394, 55 account 00410409 and an amount of R 748, 40 on account 102003855.I have also sent proof of payment to their office, and also one automatic proof of payment via my bank. They claim now that they only received one payment and that they did not receive R748, 24.I have sent them numerous e-mails to sort this problem out, but all they sent me is automatic replies and a reference number. They can't solve the problem to find my money, although I have sent them so many proof of payments. It is 28 days up to now and I have not heard anything from them, except a reference number which is SN 360500045.

Please help!!!
