Vodacom
Out of stock since January!!!

I upgraded my phone in January to a Blackberry Bold.
I was told that the spare battery I was supposed to receive with my phone was out of stock, and would be available the following week. I returned a week later only to be told that they are still out of stock.
It is is June already, and I have been back to Vodacom countless times since January only to be told that they are still out of stock and waiting for Blackberry to send the batteries.
This is unacceptable, as I have seen numerous shops advertising spare Blackberry Batteries, yet Vodacom apparently has none???
No one at Vodacom is able/willing to assist me, with regards to when I will be getting my product
