HelloPeter complaint not satisfactorily addressed

Hi

I raised an issue to HelloPeter, last week on 25th June at 14:23 against FNB and the issue is still to be adequately addressed.

I have since received 2 e-mails from FNB, the first admitting to the contractual debit order date that I have been claiming all along and the second, informing me that my debit order date has been changed on their system to reflect the one agreed upon contractually.

The issue here is that they have now double-deducted the debt from my account in one month and they have charged penalties to my account for their error which I find to be very unfair.

Please help me so that this matter can be addressed adequately and finally!!
