Terrible pathetic service

I've had a contract with Autopage for a couple of years now, but after various incidents of poor service I decided to stop my contract. I gave notice to stop the contract on 16 October 2013, and was told that the end of contract date is 6 January 2013, but that the contract will only stop at 28 January 2013. In the middle of January my telephone was disconnected by Autopage. At the end of February they deducted an huge amount, over R500, from my bank account. I reported this at Vredendal Autopage and they said that Autopage forgot to end my contract? But they will give me credit within 14days. This did not happen and I went to the bank and reversed the debit order, this cost me R25 in banking costs! On the 18th of March they deducted R187 from my bank account, I reported this once more on the 18th of March to Autopage Vredendal, and only got a reply from them the 22 of March telling me that they would look into the matter. Today they once more deducted R203, 49 from my bank account! The telephone is still disconnected, so there is no service that they can bill me for, but still they keep taking my money! And I get no response from them! This is the most pathetic service ever!!!
