YOU CANT GET THEM TO CANCEL YOUR BUSINESS SERVICE

I have been trying to close an business account with them since 7 March 2013. They did confirm the request on the 8th March. You can only do it by email or fax. You cannot reach them by phone. They do not respond to emails and they don't confirm receiving your faxes. The account were closed eventually on 17 May 2013 but I have been charged monthly subscription till 3 Jul 2013. If you do get through to the call centre 10217, after holding on a very very long time, they refuse to give you the complaints department number. You cant complain, you cant talk to a manager or supervisor. Now I have to lodge a dispute about the over charging on my account but I cant get through to the call centre. 10217. I need somebody to call me and sort out my account. I faxed Loueen Nzimande on fax:086 518 7626 She never replied to my requests. I explained to Mary on 012 311 5947 my problem. Her line is now disconnected. Why cant customers close an account at a branch. THIS ONLINE CANCELLATION SERVICE IS JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
