Telkom's bad driving skills

I was on my way to the highway from Beyers Naude as I came round the bend a BMW (Telkom Driver) came out flying from one of the filling stations. Not following any traffic signs crashed into me and caused the accident. 2 of my guys got injured and were taken to hospital. Luckily their injuries weren't serious. I phoned Telkom's insurance company RED I SOLUTIONS and was told via the phone I could have prevented the accident. I could not believe it, I was in front of the Telkom driver I had right of way, he drove to fast, he did not stop, he tried to serve away but still collided in to me. Traffic signs were ignored, follow it and you won't cause accidents Telkom. Telkom's insurance company told me I am a 60/40 now they will pay 60% of the damages minus 40% of the 60% which they will pay out. WHAT? I think this is not fair. I'm using my vehicle for an income! Now Telkom has taken it away. There legal department told me I can go fight this in court but I can't afford this. I think Telkom must step up and be a man!
