To whom it may concern,
Can someone at 8ta please contact me regarding my cancellation that I logged more than a week ago. Must say that it is not unexpected that the cancellation has not been processed.

Quick summary. The last few months my internet connection was really bad to the point that I can hardly use it. 8ta did respond but each time they told me the problem in on my side. So I got a new router and it made no difference at all. After my lats complaint 8ta sent me a mail explaining that they will cancel but with a penalty applied. That was followed by a call from them telling me that they indeed had a network problem on their side. They expected it the problem to be resolved in 4 months. I told him it is unacceptable and that they need to cancel it asap.
Since then I haven't heard anything from you 8ta.
So 8TA please cancel my contract. And please note that if you charge me any penalty fees all will break loose. YOU CANT PROVIDE A SERVICE SO YOU CANT PENALIZE ME!!!
