Okay, I am out of any ideas or options at this point. I can't cancel my contract so I just have to keep on paying for a service I'm not getting. This is a breach of contract. Here is the list of 5 reports I have written. Since the last 3 I have not received ANY feedback. I have mailed the escalations department, tried contacting through twitter, mailed the customer care centre, mailed a gent called Kishan Madoo, mailed the Cell C store at Sandton city. I am out of ideas, so you now tell me what the am I supposed to do? Keep on roaming on vodacoms network with Edge only? Not really fair to a paying customer.
