8ta has debited me R200 extra on my May account, and when I first queried this they said I will be paid back. however when I called today they had every excuse under the sun, from being billed wrong to having a credit balance to then paying February amounts. when I requested a manager to call me I had a consultant call me and not hear what was I was telling her. she kept repeating herself as if I was dumb. my argument is why does one person say it was an error on their side I will get my money back and the next says "o no sorry that's the bill and you had to pay it"

I think 8ta has very poor service delivery!! I am disgusted!
