What's the use

I'm so highly upset rite now... What's the use MTN has a call centre if nobody answers your call when. I tried 3 times today to speak to somebody but with no success and every time I had to listen to their voice prompt for more then 45min, and still nobody picked up. they are quick to suspend your service if you don't pay them on time but when u need their assistants there's none... What the is happening at MTN...
