Correction - but still bad servise

Correction I apologise I had a contract open in 2008 and ended the contract after the 2 years. They said i still owed them the amount of R197.11 but I cant remember that after the contract that I received a reminder. Never once in three years did I received a letter or an sms till now that they handed me over. They say on their system it sows that they send it but it's not true. I would'nt recommend Cell C...
