ABSOLUTELY NO SIGNAL

We have had a MTN unlimted data package for almost 2 years now. We have never been able to get onto the internet in our home. We just for interest sake got a vodacom sim and there we go i can in my bed and directly stream movies without a glitch. we have called many times and every time we just get the answer our system shows no erors. this is pathetic we are paying for something we cannot use and cannot cancel till the end of the contract. can anyone help the Benoni living people to attend to our signal issues.
