When can i cancel!!!???!!!

I would love to find out when I can cancel my 8ta contract. I think it should be 2 years anytime soon. I tried sending a email (that was never answered). I tried phoning, but they are either busy or closed. I want to cancel my contract asap and get away from this useless network!
