BILLED FOR AN UPGRADE WHICH WAS CANCELLED

Wow, a round of applause MTN, you have officially lost me as a valued client. I have been with you for over 5yrs and this the service I get from you and you wonder why I had cancelled my upgrade. On the 16/05/2013 I went to Auckland park, Campus square MTN to upgrade, as I was not in any hurry I requested the gentlemen to process my upgrade while I do my shopping and I distinctive said that I will come back to SIGN and COLLECT for my new iPhone. Came back the following morning decide to cancel that upgrade because Cell C gave better offer and service. On the 20th of May the manager from the same MTN branch called me to confirm cancellation. On the 23/05/2013 received my e-mail statement which reflected my new billing amount for the new phone, shocked as I was called MTN (808) to escalate the whole matter and as usual I was given a ref number:2182994 by a lady named: Themekhile Mathopo and mind you I had to be the one to follow up again, which I did on the 01/06/02013 spoke to Mahlano Mopane who assured me that the upgrade was cancelled. Today when I call, I'm told that my initial query was sent to an incorrect department: Amen! I need to be sorted out A.S.A.P
