Not being able to make calls

I obtained my cellphone on a Cell C contract on the 30th of May. Since then I have not been able to make any calls or send messages. I have been 4 times to the store itself, being met with a bad attitude and the sales clerk constantly blaming "data support" and "RICA" for my problem.
I have yet to receive any worthwhile response to my problem, from the store, or from Nashua Mobile.
