Sony Xperia RUBBISH

I Got a Sony Xperia Go originally at the beginning of Feb 2013 which had to be replaced when the phone went totally black and did not respond after 3 days. It was then replaced with another and 4 months later exactly the same thing happens again. The phone was returned to MTN pavillion on 28 May 2013. It is now 18 June and I have heard nothing and still dont have my phone back. Please explain the ridiculous service being received by MTN. Clearly there is a problem with this phone!!!
