Complaint: Poor service & lack of ownership

I have applied for a Samsung Galaxy S4 with Nashua Mobile. I received the cell phone on Sunday the 2nd of June, today being 6th June i am still not able to use my new cell phone i received. i have called Nashua Mobile 5 to 6 times a day not to mention all the e-mails i have sent. No one gets back to me and when i call the store the phone was dropped in my ear twice. i have brought all this to the managers attention but i am still not getting any service. The cell phone is not activated and i cannot receive or make any calls or sms's. This being a brand new phone i find it totally unacceptable. As a service provider Nashua Mobile should ensure that all cell phones are in working order before they are handed to the client. Today is the 5th day that i am without a phone due to that fact that Nashua Mobile is not taking ownership of the situation and attempting to fix the problem. I am given lame excuses all the time with no positive results. As far as i am concerned i am no longer interested in doing business with Nashua Mobile and the contract should be terminated. I am fed up of going back and forth trying to get the matter resolved.
