Still awaiting installtion of my ADSL line since 03 June 2013. Apointment was made. Technician did phone me and then realised they were using wrong exchange. They said wrong information was given by client. I did recheck details and it was given correctly from start. After numerous calls nobody seems to know what to do and how to sort it out..Dear Mr. CLIVE COX, your installation for order (78772982) is scheduled for (20130603 Full day).
