This is my second posting regarding this matter. Delivery took so long, my order was cancelled without my consent to begin the process from scratch. I was told I would be contacted later the same day with information about delivery. No feedback was received. When delivery finally took place, I opened the box to find half of the delivery was missing, separate delivery being described to me as not possible when requested. So finally after the second half of the package was delivered, I phoned to activate my sim, only to find out the price per month I had repeatedly confirmed over the phone was now not as I agreed to, but actually more expensive. I contacted Moenier who agreed to e-mail me in writing that he would adjust it, but only once I activated my contract. Still waiting for the e-mail. I do not want to activate a debit order for an amount I had no consent to. I fully regret choosing Vodacom, and would like to have this matter sorted out and if not I will be exploring my options with regards to the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa. The customer service has been non existent. No one follows up & there is no surprise that Vodacom have the most complaints in the last 60 days
