I posted a complaint on hellopeter on the 8/6/2013 about the service of Vodacom Randfontein. I had to phone them back 3 times after that complaint where they promised me to phone me back and guess what? Today is the 15/6/2013 and still nothing. a WEEK and still they couldn't sort out their. How long must i wait for this to be sorted out? How many times do i have to phone them after they promised to phone me??? How many times do i have to drive to them just to get the same answer " we will sort this out asap and phone you"??? Apparently they waiting for the store owner to come in to ask him or her what to do. So they want me to believe that the owner wasn't there for n week??? If so why couldn't they phone me and just tell me that??? Why do i need to keep on driving there and phoning them just to get the same lame answer?? On the previous complaint Vodacom "phoned me back but couldn't get hold of me" strange because i had about 20 calls that came in that day that i answered. Say there was no reception when they phoned. Wouldn't i get a voice message??? Do they only call you once and if they cant get hold of you its your problem? Phone me on the 083 number provided
