Cell C
Cell C a big problem

I have recently had a call from cell c regarding get it which i never asked for. Get it phoned me and apoligised regarding the activating of this and told me with a reference number that the money will be paid to cell c. Yesterday cell c deactivated both my contracts. How can they do this as i phoned and gave cell c the reference number that get it gave me to give them???
