I am a very good clientof Vodacom as I have multiple contracts for cellphones and laptops. I am very disappointed with the service I received with regards to an upgrade where I got a new phone and in the first week I had to take it back because the screen was distorted where they said it was a software problem. They apparently fixed it after 2weeks and then when I I tried to setup my email that function wasn't working. I took it to a Vodacom branch where I returned 3 times before the y told me it couldn't be fixed and I should take it somewhere else to be fixed. Why am I having so many issues with Vodacom and they can't sort it out? Why couldn't they have changed the phone from the first time?? Am I extremely unhappy and will definitely not hesitate to share thus experience. I will not pay to get a defective phone fixed where Vodacom should go the extra mile when they gave me a broken phone! I1593020-0 top up 200
