I upgraded my contract to Z10. it took 4 days for the sim swop. after going back and forth to mtn and blackberry to set up my new device which took 2 weeks because of software upgrades that was done twice until the 3rd time of having problems booked it in for a warranty assessment. i explained that the phone was getting excessively hot, drops calls, freezes, runs between apps, shows me all icons will be deleted these are a few of the problems i was experienceing. when i booked it in they sent it away and a few days later i was contacted to collect it. when i told them i wanted a new device they told me they could'nt give me one, i had to use the phone and if there is still problems i must book it in again. I told them i gave them a list of 8 problems of which they only listed 1 which was freezing. On instruction of the supervisor on duty the evening of May 28 i was told she would send it back so thats what she did after i told her to cancel my contract or issue a different device which she refused. I was told to collect it again today and only a software upgrade was done once again. i have to use it and if the problem persist i must return it. I wasn't even 1 mnth in the contract
