I have NEVER had such BAD service!!!

This is the first cell phone contract I have opened and I decided to go with MTN, the worst idea ever!!! I took out a joint contract for my boyfriend and I and we got two blackberry's, murphy's law my blackberry scroller and charging system bombed! so I sent my phone in for the first to be fixed, was called 2 weeks later and told they will not fix it. so I went to the head office to get it fixed as I find it unacceptable that I am paying R400 a month for a phone that's broken after 3 months. They didn't call me for 2 months eventually my boyfriend went in to see where the my phone is as no one had even bothered to call me. He was treated with utter rudness and the man laughed at him and said the phone is too damaged to be fixed. strange how the phone even still works if it is too damaged!!! I am furious, who do you think you are treating people like this? I know have to pay R400 a month for a broken phone lying in my cupboard for what??? Best this problem be solved asap as I am shocked with the service given to a customer paying a 2 year contract!!! While he was there 8 people cancelled there contracts! I just want to know how will this be fixed?
