3 months later, case still not resolved

3 months later, still no solution to my problem. As per Nelly, your departement was going to contact me once case was finalised. As per my credit report, I am still owing on the contracts. I need a letter from cell c to clear my name.

Last week, I recieved a statement that I owe Cell C R1031.00 on a contract that I do not have. Monday 21/03/2013, I called Cell C customer services and spoke to cambridge, ref no 304220000104905.
It was later discovered that someone has used my details and purchased a blackberry and a Samsung galaxy and have contracts under my name. He assured me that the 2 lines will be blocked and someone will contact me urgently. Three days later, No one called me and no solution. Today, I called the customer services and spoke to Brad .he told me he could not pick up that reference number and will have to log another call and I will have to wait another 24 -48 hrs for the department to contact me .ref 3042401203...
