Upgrade contract

So I upgraded my contract this year and the new contract I get 150 MB per month. So after the first few months I notice that when they update the new months bundles they cap it at 300 mb. When I start quering this they say that is how it works. I fortunately insisted on getting a copy of my 21 page contract, read through it and NO WHERE does it state this. So I speak to the store manager who says she will pass me onto the legal depart.
Seriously how can they do things that is not part of my contract without mu signature. Surely this is a breach of contract and I can take this up with the NCA.
