LEFT IN THE DARK BY MTNDIRECT

HELLOPETER, this is Obakeng Lekaba here. i have since made an application with MTN direct for a phone contract. I believe this was on the 7/ 14th June & on the following Monday of that Friday I was informed that my application is approved, and the courier services will call to arrange the delivery but up until today NOTHING. I call MTNDIRECT almost everyday & I am to. The other day I was told that the email will be sent to the courier * the consultant who helped me will call me but no one called. Yesterday I called them to ask them what was up with my application and was given a parcel track number & told to call RTT to check with them and today (04/07/13) I did that only to find that they havent received anything from MTN. I would like to know if there will be a day i get what I applied for, as I am going to be paying for it. Or if there is a certain criterion to buy through MTN DIRECT. Please assist!!!
