Breach of contract

Okay, So I joined Planet fitness on 07-11-2011, and they made me a Regional contract which as they explained would allow me to gym at Witbank and at Pretoria. (I have a copy of the contract as proof!!!)

I insisted on this contract as I knew that I would be relocating to Pretoria after a year.

I insisted on a one year contract, but they put me on a 3 year contract, which allows me to gym at any of the 2 areas. I have already paid off the entire 3 year subscription, and now that I am in Pretoria, they do not have me on their system.

I have filled in the transfer forms 3 times already in the last 4 months, and I have effectively lost at least 10% of my contract value thus far.

If it is not sorted out immediately (and I should be granted extra 4 months for the waiting so far), then I will demand a refund of all funds for at least two years of the contract period, and if that doesn't happen... then I will have to take legal action.

This is pathetic guys, now that I have paid all the funds, now I get no customer service. I would love to join another group like Virgin Active, but unfortunately I ALREADY PAID to be at your gymnasiums.

FAIL!!!
