The Worst service ever received

I've phoned Cell C to update my banking details for my debit order to go off when the customer service consultant informed me to make a cash payment. According to her the debit order would only be activated end of June. So payment for all 3 my cellphone contracts were made via EFT. They then deducted my account for the same amount again and I've been struggling for 2 weeks now to get my refund for the amount of R1060 done. For the past 2 weeks they keep on telling me that the refund will be done within 7- 14 working days... HOW LONG is 7 -14 working days for them???
