Still no help and no contact made

I lodged a complaint with Telkom regarding my ADSL line months ago. I have never been able to use it and I am being billed for a telephone number and have never even received a telephone. Each time I complain no one calls me back. I received a message only after writing a hellopeter complaint to call a number regarding my problems. When calling, the person I was supposed to speak to was not available and her manager Rika Engelbrecht was not able to help and said her colleague will call me the following morning (never received this call). When calling back there was no answer and I left a message, which since last Friday the 7th of June has not been returned. I have received threatening messages that I will be ITC listed and legal action will be taken against me if the account is not settled, which no one can tell me how it was generated, considering I have never used this service or a telephone! I would like a breakdown of this account as I believe activity is being committed under my details. I want the ADSL line removed and WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH TELKOM ANYMORE!
