Very poor service

Afterthe shop informed us what we need to transfer a contract en travelling 100km to get to the shop, they did not give us all information and we needed to turn back. After asking to speaak to the manager we were told he is off for the day. We then asked to speak to the assistant manager and were told he is not there at the moment, and tehy did not want to give his cellnr. We then phoned custoemr care asking to speak to the suoervisor. We were told he will call us back to resolve the issue. It is now already two days ago and nobody has contacted us. Cell c is bad news, my second problem with their service within a year. Thank heavens my contract is finished
